The question being: Shall CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR                        
HOUSE BILL NO. 397(FIN) An Act relating to the fisheries                       
resource landing tax and to the seafood marketing assessment; and              
providing for an effective date pass the Senate?  The roll was
